We're looking for a driven, personable Sales Representative to grow our client base by securing new commercial cleaning accounts. You'll be out in the field identifying prospects, building relationships with property managers, office administrators, and business owners, and closing deals that keep our cleaning crews busy.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and cold-call/door-knock businesses, office buildings, and commercial properties in the San Diego area
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Present our cleaning service packages and pricing to decision-makers
- Negotiate and close contracts for recurring cleaning service
- Conduct walk-throughs/site visits to scope jobs and prepare accurate quotes
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals and referrals
- Track leads, follow-ups, and closed deals in our CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly new-account targets
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience (B2B, field sales, or service industry sales preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable with outbound prospecting
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Cleaning or facilities services industry experience a plus, but not required
Compensation
Base salary plus commission on closed accounts (adjust to your actual structure).
