Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate mental health concerns and develop effective treatment plans targeting individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions, adapting techniques according to client progress and incorporating evidence-based practices.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, and narrative therapy to aid clients in their healing journey.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions that create a collaborative space for discussion and healing.

As an LMFT at Poplar Spring Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our clients range from children and adolescents to adults and families, and each case requires a tailored, personable approach to facilitate their unique healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field is required.

• An active and valid LMFT license in California is essential for this role.
