This position is designed for remote work, allowing therapists to operate from their home environment while maintaining a structured routine. The typical work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide virtual counseling services via telehealth platforms, including video calls and secure messaging.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and establish personalized treatment plans.

• Empower clients to identify and articulate their challenges, set realistic short- and long-term goals, and develop coping strategies to manage stress and anxiety.

• Utilize solution-focused therapeutic techniques to facilitate positive outcomes and foster resilience in clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to continually refine therapeutic skills and enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our licensed mental health therapists work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our approach is client-centered, promoting inclusivity, understanding, and respect for each individual’s unique circumstances. Therapists will often work with clients who are familiar with digital platforms for therapy, making the transition to telehealth somewhat seamless.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• A valid and active California license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build therapeutic rapport with clients.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
