Kismet Bagels is looking for people join our  Dough Production team! Please note, we do not specifically require bagel/baking experience, but experience in a production or food setting is a must.

The hours are 6am-2pm , and we expect you to work five days per week, full time, Tuesday-Saturday.  Days off are Sunday and Monday. 

First and foremost, we’re looking for someone who is excited about working on a large scale production line. This is a fast-paced environment that is constantly growing and evolving and becoming better than we were the day before.

We pride ourselves on making delicious and high-quality bagels on a large scale, as well as incredible cream cheese and want people in our crew who take pride in what they do. Each person plays such an important role in making sure we’re putting out the best food possible!

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Dough Production Team Members

Our Production crew does it all: We make dough (using a bagel machine), produce our various cream cheese spreads, as well as doughnuts/potato latkes/eggs and more that get sent to our own Bagel Shops and Farmers Markets. This position involves working with large mixers, referencing precise recipes and using scales, working with Ovens, and working with a bagel machine to produce and place bagels on boards/into our walk in fridge. We also produce our own sauces, doughnut fillings, potato latkes, and more. Lastly, help with receiving deliveries is needed. Being able to lift at least 50 pounds is required.
