Position Overview Facilitates education and co-facilitates therapy, completes treatment plans and treatment plan reviews for staff discussion and approval.

Education/Experience

Minimum Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

• Associate degree in applied science in Chemical Dependency or related field.
• 2 years’ experience working in a chemical dependency setting.
