What you'll do:

• Gather, prepare and review commercial loan documentation for accuracy and completeness.

• Coordinate closing requirements with lenders, borrowers, attorneys, title companies and internal departments.

• Confirm documentation matches loan approvals and required closing conditions.

• Process new commercial loans, renewals, modifications and loan maintenance.

• Support loan booking, organized file maintenance and post-closing follow-up.

What you'll bring:

• At least 2 years of direct commercial loan processing or commercial loan operations experience.

• Strong knowledge of commercial loan documentation and closing procedures.

• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Excellent attention to detail, communication and customer service.

• Experience with commercial loan documentation and banking systems preferred.

Location: This is an onsite opportunity in Lansing, Michigan. Local candidates within approximately a 30-minute commute are preferred.
