As a Server, you’re the heartbeat of the dining experience — blending great communication, multitasking magic, and solid food and drink know-how to make every guest feel like a VIP. You’ll serve with style and keep the service area spotless and organized. All this while following company standards and safety guidelines to ensure every shift runs smoothly and every meal is memorable. The role is primarily breakfast, with the opportunity for extended hours during banquet events.

$15.15 - $16.15 hourly

• Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties
• Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to answer client queries and provide recommendations

• Guest Experience Guru: Create warm, memorable dining moments by greeting guests with a smile, taking accurate orders, and making sure every need is met from start to finish.

• Cleanliness Champion: Keep the service area spotless and safe, following hygiene regulations and certification standards without missing a beat.

• Stamina Specialist: Stay energized and on your feet — lifting, bending, and moving with strength and endurance throughout your shift.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
• Previous experience working in food service is preferred
• Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage service is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and coworkers professionally.

• Must obtain and maintain any required certifications (e.g., Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler’s Card) as per state regulations.
