Description

Central Builders is searching for an experienced Residential Project Manager in new home construction. If you are a self-motivated professional, a team player with good communication skills, who is seeking a rewarding opportunity to oversee residential construction, we are looking for you.

Responsibilities

$40

Qualifications

• Have 2+ years of experience as a project manager
• Ability to read construction plans, truss details, joist and beam layouts, tall wall details, grading plans, surveys, cost sheets, building material selections, and other detailed documents relating to the construction of a home
• Extensive knowledge of building products, construction methods, standards, and industry practices
• Time management skills, along with multi-tasking, prioritizing, and problem-solving capabilities
• Knowledge of local building codes, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
• Handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity and adaptability with standard computer software
