Personal Injury Legal Assistant/Secretary

Job Title: Personal Injury Legal Assistant/Secretary The Houston office of the Law Offices of Domingo Garcia, a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm, seeks a Bilingual Legal Assistant/Secretary to handle large volumes of personal injury claims. Job duties include filing lawsuits, scheduling depositions and mediations, and completing the settlement process. Previous plaintiff’s personal injury litigation experience is mandatory. Compensation: competitive salary, performance bonuses, and fringe benefits commensurate with experience, skill, and performance. Bilingual in Spanish is an absolute requirement for this position.
