Personal Injury Paralegal

Our firm is looking for a seasoned Litigation Paralegal with substantial personal injury experience to partner closely with trial attorneys on complex, high‑volume matters. This position supports cases from initial filing through verdict and post‑trial activity. The right candidate thrives under pressure, is exceptionally organized, and has hands‑on courtroom experience. Responsibilities Partner with attorneys to manage plaintiff personal injury cases through all phases of litigation Prepare, review, and coordinate filing of pleadings, motions, and discovery documents Oversee subpoena preparation and service, track compliance, and manage court deadlines Compile and organize medical documentation, billing records, lien information, and damages materials Develop deposition summaries, witness files, and trial exhibits Coordinate expert witnesses, mediations, and settlement documentation Assemble comprehensive trial binders and provide in‑court litigation support Maintain accurate case tracking within the firm’s litigation management platform Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel Qualifications 2–3+ years of experience supporting personal injury litigation Proven experience preparing cases for trial and assisting attorneys in the courtroom Working knowledge of Texas civil procedure and discovery practice Strong writing, proofreading, and organizational abilities Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast‑paced setting Comfortable utilizing Microsoft Office and litigation case management systems Preferred Background Formal paralegal training or degree in Paralegal Studies Experience with catastrophic injury, trucking litigation, or other complex civil matters Background in a high‑volume plaintiff‑side personal injury practice Professional Traits: Takes initiative and anticipates case needs Solutions‑oriented mindset Detail‑focused and deadline‑driven Collaborative yet capable of working independently Trial‑ready and adaptable under pressure #J-18808-Ljbffr
