As a trusted partner to many public and private clients, they are experiencing impressive growth and now require a Learning & Development specialist to impact how their team learns, grows and collaborates across the office and field. In this role, you will be based out of their DFW area office, traveling to job sites and embedding yourself within their systems, content and people. You will report to the HR Director and build out a critical function at a very exciting time for the company. Your responsibilities will focus on developing systems, creating content, maintaining a presence in the field and leading training sessions. This role would ideally suit somebody with experience building systems and creating learning opportunities, all whilst growing your own career with a company known for working on some of the most exciting projects in the state. The Role Creating LMS systems, educational content, training and delivery strategies. Spending time in the office and field. $70,000 - $100,000 + Health Insurances, PTO, 401(k) + MORE!
