Industrial Electrician

About the Role Rinvio is hiring an Industrial Electrician for industrial maintenance and plant electrical work in the Memphis, TN area. Pay: $35-$50/hour, based on experience Location: Memphis, TN Schedule: Full-time industrial/plant support work; schedule and overtime may vary by site needs Type: Contract Responsibilities Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, motors, starters, drives, panels, and production equipment Support preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, shutdowns, and plant electrical work Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, prints, and technical documentation Diagnose electrical issues in manufacturing or industrial environments and complete safe repairs Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and site leadership to keep equipment running safely Requirements Industrial electrical maintenance or plant electrical experience Strong troubleshooting ability with motors, controls, panels, MCCs, VFDs, and production equipment Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation Comfort working in manufacturing, industrial, plant, or mill environments Reliable transportation and ability to complete any site onboarding requirements Dependable, safety-minded, and able to complete any site onboarding requirements Why this role Pay range $35-$50/hour estimated based on experience Industrial/manufacturing electrical and automation opportunity Professional recruiting support from Rinvio Potential access to additional skilled-trades and plant-maintenance opportunities through Rinvio Learn more about Rinvio: Apply today and a Rinvio recruiter will follow up with qualified candidates quickly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
