Junior Media Buyer

This is a full-time employee position working in-person at our Worcester office. Applicants must be based in the United States and able to work on-site. Junior Media Buyer — Google & Meta Ads Do you enjoy building campaigns, testing new ideas, and figuring out what makes people take action? Worcester Interactive is looking for a Media Buyer to help our clients generate qualified leads through Google and Meta advertising. We’re a digital marketing agency in Worcester, Massachusetts, helping businesses grow through paid advertising, web design, SEO, and social media. You’ll work alongside our team to launch campaigns, improve performance, and connect advertising results to our clients’ business goals. You’ll spend your time: Building and managing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. Researching client audiences, competitors, keywords, and offers. Writing ad copy and collaborating with our team on images, videos, and landing pages. Monitoring budgets, bids, targeting, and campaign performance. Testing creative, messaging, audiences, and landing pages to improve results. Setting up and checking conversion tracking so we can measure calls, form submissions, and other meaningful actions. Reviewing lead quality and cost per lead, and making informed adjustments. Preparing clear performance reports and explaining what’s working, what needs attention, and what to try next. We’d like to meet someone who brings: Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns, ideally with 1–3 years of relevant experience. An understanding of lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign optimization. Comfort working with numbers and turning campaign data into practical next steps. Strong writing skills and attention to detail. The organization to manage multiple client accounts, budgets, and deadlines. Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to test ideas and learn from the results. Clear communication and an interest in collaborating with an in-office team. Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, landing page testing, or call tracking is a plus. Experience generating leads for local service businesses, including roofing and other home services, is especially relevant.
