Cardiac & Vascular Sonographer - Outpatient Cardiology
Location: New Haven, CT
Schedule
Monday-Friday
9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Full-time position
Outpatient only
No call
No weekends
No inpatient work
Occasionally, travel may be required to other client offices within Connecticut. Mileage will be reimbursed.
Responsibilities
Perform adult transthoracic echocardiograms.
Perform carotid duplex studies.
Obtain high-quality diagnostic images and measurements.
Complete studies accurately and efficiently.
Work independently while maintaining quality and patient care standards.
Requirements
RDCS and RVT certifications are both required.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Hands-on echocardiography experience is required.
Must have hands-on experience performing adult echocardiograms.
Comfortable performing cardiac and vascular studies independently.
Strong patient-care and communication skills.
