POSITION TITLE: Revenue Cycle Manager

CLASSIFICATION: Exempt

SUMMARY: The Revenue Cycle Manager (RCM) works as part of the finance department. The RCM is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the RCM. The RCM will also provide backup coverage as a working supervisor in the absence of the RCM, when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate in arts degree in Human Service/Social Science or similar; or Five (5) years of full-time, paid experience in a social service or health services agency;
• Knowledge of managed care plans preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications specifically Excel, and Word.
• Must be qualified in Basic Life Support techniques.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• Excellent communications skills and the ability to establish rapport.
• Ability to work in a variety of settings with culturally diverse families and communities with the ability to be culturally sensitive and appropriate.
