Hours: Our OR team enjoys a quality work-life balance schedule with no scheduled OR cases on weekends and holidays. Will need to take call at least 1x/week and rotating weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• The OR Registered Nurse provides nursing care to our pediatric patients within the operating room, performs assessments and interventions designed to keep the patients safe during surgery.
• Assists the physician in accomplishing the plan of care for the patient and to provide continuity between the patient care unit and the Operating Room.

Required Qualifications:

• BSN degree required or in progress
• Illinois RN license
• 2+ years OR experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• CNOR highly preferred
• Scrub experience
• Prior pediatric acute care, plastic reconstructive surgery, orthopedic and spine experience a plus

The pay range for this position is $38.13 - $57.20. Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
