Director of Finance & Healthcare Revenue Cycle

Miller Vein, a physician-led Michigan practice specializing in minimally invasive vein care, seeks a Director of Finance and Revenue Cycle to lead financial strategy and optimize reimbursement. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle operations, payer contracting, billing accuracy, and KPI reporting. Partner with physicians and leadership to support growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve cash flow. Ideal candidates bring healthcare finance expertise, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative, patient-first mindset in a fast-growing outpatient environment.
