This expertise assures you of our ability to handle the largest and most complex packages quickly and efficiently.The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing and warehouse equipment, facility systems, and building infrastructure to support safe and efficient operations. This role supports production uptime by performing preventive maintenance, responding to equipment failures, and assisting with facility improvement projects throughout the manufacturing campus.The ideal candidate has experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing or warehouse environment and possesses strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.Job Duties:Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and warehouse equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility-related issuesRepair and maintain HVAC systems, air compressors, dock doors and levelers, conveyor systems, production equipment, electrical systems and lighting, plumbing systems, and office facilitiesRespond to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtimeConduct routine inspections of facility systems and production equipmentReplace motors, belts, bearings, filters, switches, relays, sensors, and other componentsAssist with installation and setup of new equipment and machineryRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical drawingsUtilize CMMS or maintenance tracking systems to document work orders and repairsMaintain maintenance inventory and communicate parts/material needsSupport contractor coordination and vendor activities as neededFollow all OSHA, NFPA, company safety, and lockout/tagout proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentAssist with facility improvement and continuous improvement initiativesSupport warehouse operations and production teams as needed
