Experienced HVAC Ticket Runner Needed – Conroe, TX

Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced HVAC Ticket Runner for an apartment community in Conroe, TX 77384 .

We’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused HVAC professional who is comfortable responding to service calls, troubleshooting HVAC issues, and completing work orders efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to HVAC service requests and work orders
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues
• Perform HVAC repairs and preventative maintenance
• Communicate professionally with residents and property staff
• Document completed work and parts used
• Assist with general apartment maintenance as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Complete service requests accurately and efficiently

Requirements

• Previous HVAC experience REQUIRED
• Apartment/multifamily maintenance experience REQUIRED
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests
• Professional appearance and attitude
• HVAC certification is a strong plus
