Travel Nurse RN - PCU - Progressive Care Unit - $2,120 per week

Job Overview Cross Country Nurses is recruiting a travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13‑week travel assignment in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at a step‑down unit in Golden, Colorado. The assignment begins 07/06/2026, 36 hours per week, 12‑hour overnight shifts. Responsibilities Provide independent nursing care and delegated medical functions in accordance with accepted practice standards. Conduct ongoing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. Document nursing care in line with hospital and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to review and monitor therapy and treatment plans. Execute delegated medical functions, refer patients as needed, and utilize available resources. Perform health assessment, teaching, counseling, and therapy and treatment planning. Promote the organization’s mission, vision, and values and adhere to service behavior standards. Carry out additional duties as assigned, including floating to other departments and being on‑call during scheduled shifts. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (single‑state or compact). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association). Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (American Heart Association). Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) graduate from an accredited nursing school. Minimum 1 year of RN experience. Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and previous step‑down or similar experience. Benefits Private housing or generous housing allowance.
