Associate Veterinarian

Job Description

Job Description

Looking for a practice where your experience and clinical judgment actually matter?

This established small animal opportunity in Northeast Tennessee could be a strong next move for an experienced veterinarian who wants the freedom to practice confidently while still having a collaborative team around them.

You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your cases, build meaningful client relationships, and contribute to a practice where quality medicine and a positive team environment go hand in hand.

What You'll Find Here

• Practice with confidence and autonomy while still having support when you need it.

• Bring your experience to the table and make an immediate clinical impact.

• Build long-term client relationships rather than simply moving from appointment to appointment.

• Continue practicing a broad range of general medicine, including surgery and dentistry.

• Work with a collaborative team that values communication and professional judgment.

• Step into a stable practice environment where you can build a long-term career.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a companion animal general practice with a mix of preventive, ongoing, and urgent care. Your day may include diagnostic workups, treatment planning, surgery, dental procedures, medical management, and client education.

The role calls for a veterinarian who is comfortable managing cases independently and maintaining a high standard of medical documentation and patient care.
