Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring an Internal Direct Sales Account Representative for our client. This job is responsible for managing and growing an established portfolio of active customer accounts. This is primarily an account management role with minimal cold calling. Occasional travel to industry trade shows and customer events may be required.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of active customer accounts
• Build strong customer relationships through phone, email, and digital communication
• Identify sales opportunities and recommend products based on customer needs
• Follow up on quotes, promotions, new product introductions, and customer inquiries
• Utilize Sage 100, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems to review account activity, identify opportunities, and support customer needs
• Analyze sales trends, account performance, customer purchasing patterns, and sales reports to identify growth opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities
• Collaborate with customer service, operations, and other internal teams
• Meet and exceed sales goals and performance expectations
• Represent GeoCentral at select trade shows and industry events

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

• Minimum 2 years of sales or account management experience
• Strong phone presence and customer relationship skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong follow-up abilities
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze sales and customer data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Experience working with ERP systems; Sage 100 experience preferred
• Experience with CRM systems preferred
• Self-motivated, positive, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
• Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
• Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
• Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Communication skills.
