If you’re looking for a growth opportunity, join us at RXO.Schedule: Saturday - Monday, working 12:00 PM (noon) to 11:59 PM Weekend shifts may be performed remotely, subject to business needs.What your day-to-day will look like:Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tendersUpdate account managers on problem loads and what actions have been taken, update receivers and customers on status of loadsMonitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; verify that loads have arrived on time and in good conditionTake check calls from drivers, ensuring that loads will deliver on time; validate all load data prior to marking loads delivered, for accounting purposesInvestigate product overages, shortages, damages, and complete appropriate documentationSchedule and reschedule delivery appointments for all loads; accept or decline loads based on direction from account managersProvide detailed directions and instructions to properly route driversAt a minimum, you’ll need:1 year of logistics experienceIt’d be great if you also have:High school diploma or equivalentGeneral knowledge of the transportation industryExperience writing routine reports and correspondenceThe ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal or diagram formDoes this sound like you?
