Corporate Paralegal

New Orleans, LA

Firm Advice is conducting a search for a Corporate Paralegal on behalf of a U.S. based company aiming to build a stronger U.S. supply chain for the specialized materials needed to manufacture advanced technologies. Position is remote with full-time hours. Position is direct hire. Starting Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

RESPONSIBILITES

Assisting with contract lifecycle management. Tracking contracts and managing workflows. Managing entities and corporate records. Managing legal operations including invoicing, financial tracking, coordinating legal requests, onboarding new legal operations systems, as needed. Conduct M&A due diligence. Support compliance processes for export control. Assist with managing privacy programs. Other responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree, or additional equivalent experience is preferred. Five (5) plus years of corporate governance paralegal experience. Corporate governance experience is required. Strong experience working with contract management systems and other related platforms. Strong ability to prioritize competing deadlines. Experience as a notary is a plus. Paralegal certificate is a plus. Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and written skills. Firm Advice
