Kitchen Position Summary Burger King Kitchen Staff are responsible for assisting restaurant managers in the daily back of house restaurant operations. Kitchen Responsibilities Following all operational procedures outlines in the Burger King Operations Manual. Training new and existing crew members on new & existing procedures. Ensuring food safety standards are met. Ensures that kitchen is stocked and prep is prepared. Ensuring that hot and fresh products are served fast. Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen. Assisting managers in sending kitchen crew members on break. Completing other assigned tasks delegated by manager. Requirements Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Be able to stand for 4 to 8 hours. Be able to lift and move 25 to 50 pounds. Be able to reach overhead. Be able to work at a fast pace. Ability to remain calm in a fast paced environment. Ability to work flexible hours. Reliable transportation. We offer excellent benefits and advancement opportunities.
