One of the largest institutional bank is seeking a highly skilled Presentation Graphic Designer to support a fast-paced Investment Banking environment. This is a production-focused design role where creativity, speed, accuracy, and attention to detail are equally important. This role focuses on creating high-impact client-facing presentations, pitch books, financial marketing materials, and visual communications used by senior investment bankers and corporate clients worldwide. The ideal candidate will thrive in a deadline-driven environment, possess strong PowerPoint expertise, and have experience translating business content into visually compelling presentations.

Duratio n: 06 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality client-facing presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials for Investment Banking and Capital Markets teams.
• mTranslate digital briefs and content provided by investment bankers into visually compelling and accurate presentations.
• Create charts, graphs, infographics, KPI dashboards, and data visualizations using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Support live deal pitches and business-critical presentations with tight turnaround times and changing priorities.
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to corporate branding standards, quality guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with bankers, marketing teams, and production colleagues to execute presentation requests efficiently.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Utilize PowerPoint macros and proprietary tools to streamline production workflows.
• Provide design support for global teams, including occasional work supporting international stakeholders outside regular business hours.

Qualifications:

• 1- 3 years of experience in Presentation Design, Graphic Design, Marketing Production, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with strong presentation production capabilities.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including charts, tables, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (minimum 7/10 proficiency level).
• Experience working in a corporate, financial services, consulting, legal, or professional services environment preferred.
• Ability to interpret written briefs and independently develop presentation concepts and layouts.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout design, visual hierarchy, and branding principles.
• Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven production environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint macros and template-driven design workflows preferred.
• Investment Banking or Financial Services experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
