Trauma-Informed Foster Care Case Manager
BrightSpring Health Services
StepStone Family & Youth Services, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a compassionate Foster Care Case Manager in Nashville, TN. You will develop and monitor individualized case plans, coordinate services and maintain documentation to promote safety and permanency.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's in human services or nursing, a valid driver's license, and at least two years of case management experience, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
