You will schedule interviews between candidates and our recruiters for thorough evaluations, follow up with leads to ensure continued interest and support through the hiring process, keep accurate records within our applicant tracking system, and accumulate commissions based on the meetings arranged, interviews held, and successful hires stemming from your leads.

Your compensation will be linked to the value you create: earnings for each qualified appointment you schedule, additional compensation when interviews occur due to your outreach, bonus commissions on new clients acquired, extra commissions for placements made that can be traced back to your efforts, and further opportunities for performance-based earnings (such as retention bonuses).
