* Schedule meetings for candidates with our recruiters to facilitate deeper discussions

* Consistently follow up with leads to nurture their interest and guide them through the hiring process

* Keep accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commissions based on the meetings you set, interviews held, and successful job placements stemming from your efforts
