Brand Development Associate (Entry Level) Golden Shift is a growing event marketing company that helps brands connect with people through live events, pop-ups, and community campaigns. We believe in learning through experience — developing communication, leadership, and business skills in a hands‑on, team‑oriented environment. About the Role As a Brand Development Associate , you’ll play a key role in representing national brands at local events and retail campaigns. This is an event-based position focused on driving awareness, customer engagement, and growth for the brands we partner with. You’ll receive in‑person training in marketing, customer communication, and leadership while working directly with your team to deliver results.
