About The Role We're looking for a driven, money-motivated individual who wants to grow with a fast-paced, high-energy company. This role is designed for someone who isn't afraid to get out into neighborhoods, meet homeowners, and generate real opportunities for our sales team. The right candidate thrives outside of the office, is competitive, and is motivated by unlimited earning potential. What You'll Do Distribute door hangers and flyers to generate new roofing leads (primary responsibility). Operate a company drone to perform roof inspections. Attend insurance adjuster meetings to assist our sales team. Drive a company vehicle to canvass neighborhoods and set up/remove yard signs. Collect checks from homeowners when needed. Report daily activity and results to the sales department. What We're Looking For Hungry, motivated, and competitive personality - someone who wants to earn big. Comfortable working outdoors and on the move. Reliable, with a strong work ethic and a self-starter mindset. Valid driver's license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided). Tech-savvy enough to operate a drone. Benefits Hourly Pay + Lead Bonus: $20/hr plus a bonus for every lead you generate.
