Summary Provides a personalized and inspiring in-store shopping experience while helping achieve sales goals. Supports customer connection, product discovery, and store initiatives in a collaborative retail environment. Responsibilities Drive sales by keeping the customer at the center of decisions and delivering an experience aligned with brand expectations. Build customer relationships and clientele, and support alternative purchasing and digital product discovery options. Participate in team training, support company initiatives, and share feedback on sales opportunities and customer needs. Maintain sales floor and store standards. Requirements Retail or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred. Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers, management, and coworkers. Be able to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as required. Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
