Sr. Manager Application Development (Operations)

Sr. Manager Application Development (Operations) Join to apply for the Sr. Manager Application Development (Operations) role at NISC This role involves leading NISC’s Engineering & Operations solutions, including UI and AI frameworks. The Senior Manager will oversee a large team, drive innovation, and align technology strategies with NISC’s mission to empower Member utilities and broadband providers with scalable software solutions. Responsibilities include managing teams, developing operational plans, fostering a high-performance culture, and collaborating across departments. The role reports to the Vice President of Application Development and requires strategic leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of leadership experience in software development are preferred.
