OMS Architect

Job DescriptionLead the end-to-end technical architecture and design of OMS solutions to support complex omnichannel business requirementsDrive solution assessments, architecture alignment, and fit-gap analysis with enterprise architecture standardsOwn high-level and low-level design artifacts and lead technical design reviews across OMS modulesProvide technical leadership during OMS implementation, customization, integration, testing, UAT, and production rollout phasesGuide development teams on OMS best practices, coding standards, and performance optimizationCollaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams to ensure solutions meet business and operational goalsSupport OMS upgrades, roadmap planning, and production support activities including issue triage and root-cause analysisCoordinate with product vendors for defect resolution and enhancement planning aligned to release schedulesJob RequirementsExtensive hands-on experience with IBMOrder Management System (OMS) across Distributed Order Management, Inventory, Pricing, Call Center, Store, Supplier Collaboration,Logistics, and Reverse Logistics modulesProven expertise in OMS architecture, solution design, and end-to-end implementation in large-scale retail and omnichannel environmentsStrong experience in order lifecycle management, including sales orders, purchase orders, transfer orders, payments, invoicing, taxation, and returnsDeep knowledge of OMS integrations with ERP, WMS, CRM, e-commerce platforms, tax engines, and logistics partners usingREST/SOAP servicesStrong proficiency in Java, XML, XSLT, Angular, and microservices-based architecturesExperience with bothB2B and B2C OMS implementationsStrong understanding of Next-Gen OMS/ OMoC 0 architecture and containerized/cloud deploymentsExpertise in performance tuning, scalability, security, and high-availability OMS solutionsExperience working in Agile delivery models and leading cross-functional teamsJob DetailsJob Type: Full-timeCategory: ITSalaried: Salaried
