Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Shift Leader in Addison, TX to lead bakery operations during shifts, bake and prepare orders, and coach the Cookie Crew to deliver warm, delicious cookies and exceptional guest experiences. You’ll manage tasks, cash handling, and ensure food safety standards are met in a fast-paced store environment.
