Ideal candidates will have a range of experience typical for our Capital Markets practice, including securities offerings and assisting public companies with reporting obligations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and diverse team. Our Capital Markets Practice Group has substantial experience running the most complicated and high-profile deals. We view challenges from all perspectives—companies, investment banks, and regulators to navigate deals seamlessly from launch through pricing and closing. So tell us, what do you want to achieve? The salary range in New York for this role is $260,000 - $390,000 and represents the firm’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting.
