Step into a dynamic contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting students across an entire district for the remainder of the school year and beyond. This full-time role runs 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM. With a start as soon as possible and extending through June 25, 2027, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping students thrive academically and socially.

Key Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey SLP license required (CCC strongly preferred)
• Prior experience working in a school-based setting
• Must be able to provide and utilize personal testing materials for evaluations and assessments
• Comfortable servicing a varied caseload across multiple schools and adapting to changing district needs
• Ability to independently manage district-wide responsibilities without daily on-site supervision (no CFY or SLPA candidates at this time)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to commute within the district
• TB test, physical, and fingerprint clearance for both the agency and district required prior to onboarding
• Ready for a concise 15-minute interview to start the process

Primary Duties:

• Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy to students from diverse backgrounds
• Complete timely assessments, testing, and regular progress reporting for each student on your caseload
• Communicate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Contribute to IEP development and implementation district-wide
• Manage required documentation and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines
