About the Role

We are hiring a Customer Experience Office Manager to be the central hub of our growing flooring business.

This is a high-ownership role where you will manage customer communication, scheduling, office operations, and marketing support. You will often be the primary in-office team member while the sales team is in the field.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working independently in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Respond to inbound calls and web leads and schedule appointments

Support customers from first contact through installation follow-up

Coordinate installation schedules and product orders

Maintain accurate records in Salesforce

Support marketing efforts including social media and local outreach

Assist with invoices, deposits, and basic accounting tasks in QuickBooks

Communicate with installers, vendors, and customers to keep projects on track

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office management, customer service, or administrative role (required)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Comfortable handling multiple priorities at once

Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Tech-comfortable (Salesforce, QuickBooks, and PNC Portal experience a plus)

Interest in marketing or social media is a bonus

Tracy and Gary are a husband-and-wife team who proudly own the Floor Coverings International Montgomery County, Pennsylvania territory. They have called the area home for many years and are deeply rooted in the local community they serve. Together, they have built a life centered around family, service, and connection.

They are proud parents of three grown sons, a daughter-in-law, and a grandson who brings them tremendous joy. Outside of work, Tracy and Gary enjoy gardening, cooking, entertaining friends and family, and traveling whenever they get the chance.

As business owners, they bring a personal, hands-on approach to everything they do and take great pride in treating every customer with kindness, respect, and genuine care. They are excited to continue growing their business and are looking for a team member who shares their values—someone with enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
