About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Team Member to join our team @ PLAYA BOWLS RALEIGH! As a Team Member, you will be responsible for exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction. You will work closely with other team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment, and assist with various tasks as needed. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role. Overall, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for our guests and contributing to the success of our business.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school education
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry
- Upbeat personality
- Good work ethic
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
Skills:
As a Team Member, you will utilize your excellent communication and customer service skills to provide exceptional service to our guests. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members will be essential to maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Additionally, your attention to detail will ensure accurate order taking and inventory management. Your previous experience in the hospitality industry, food handling certification, and bilingual skills will be beneficial in providing an even higher level of service to our guests.
