The Facility

Pottstown Memorial Medical Center is a 232-bed community hospital providing comprehensive medical and surgical services to the greater Tri-County area, with a full complement of surgical specialties and an experienced anesthesia care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across general surgical, orthopedic, GI and obstetric cases
• Perform pre-anesthetic evaluation, intraoperative management and post-anesthesia care
• Medically direct the anesthesia care team model in collaboration with CRNAs
• Participate in the call rotation as scheduled by the facility

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania medical license (or license-eligible)
• Board certified or board eligible in Anesthesiology
• Comfortable working independently in a community hospital setting

Schedule

Locum tenens, 13-week assignment with ASAP start and potential for extension. 1099 engagement. Check job details for shift-specific needs.
