Key Responsibilities\n

As the Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting intake assessments and thorough evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and to inform treatment planning.

• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and transition summaries, to ensure adherence to therapy protocols and regulations.

• Offering consultation and training for fellow clinicians, sharing insights and best practices in mental health interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be primarily working with adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and stress management. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, with an understanding of the supervision and ethical guidelines governing practice.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with online counseling delivery and technology platforms is also a plus.
