This position allows you to engage with clients remotely via telehealth platforms, making it flexible for both you and the clients you serve. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health to determine individual needs while building rapport and trust.

• Develop, update, and implement customized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique circumstances and progress.

• Provide ongoing therapy services utilizing evidence-based practices for individuals, couples, groups, and families.
\n
• Document and track client progress meticulously in compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
\n
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with fellow mental health professionals to ensure clients receive integrated care.

• Maintain awareness of changes in mental health laws, regulations, and resources to best serve clients.

• Offer crisis intervention support as necessary, tailoring your response to the specific needs of the situation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and a host of other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active, valid, and unrestricted licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in mental health counseling to ensure you are equipped to handle complex cases.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Familiarity with local mental health resources and regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
