Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapeutic care through secure live video sessions with individual adult clients, helping them navigate their mental health challenges.

• Engage in collaboration with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and other counselors, to create comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique needs of each individual.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures to monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment goals.

• Provide consistent support and consultation to peers within the team to enhance overall service delivery and improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus is on adult clients across California who may struggle with various mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological disorders. You will foster a healing atmosphere where clients feel safe to explore their concerns, create actionable goals, and work collaboratively towards meaningful change.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: Candidates must be fully licensed with no disciplinary actions. Acceptable licenses include: \n

  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
