Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine clients' mental health statuses and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific issues, which may include depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, or eating disorders.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches to guide clients in overcoming their challenges.

• Maintain thorough documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal policies.

• Provide referrals to other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and support groups, to enhance clients' treatment pathways.

• Engage in continuous education and training to remain current with the latest therapeutic modalities and ethical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role serves a diverse clientele, including individuals battling a spectrum of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and those dealing with substance abuse. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be instrumental in providing both individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring that treatment plans reflect the cultural and contextual needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is mandatory.

• At least four years of related clinical experience in mental health counseling is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
