Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that effectively address mental health needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, and where applicable, lead family, marriage, and group counseling sessions to promote healing and relationship enrichment.

• Perform comprehensive mental health screenings and assessments, using evidence-based tools to evaluate patients' treatment requirements.

• Engage in documentation duties, ensuring that all clinical records are completed promptly and meet federal, state, and organizational guidelines.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care and refine treatment methods.

• Maintain an empathetic and supportive environment that encourages client openness and progression toward their therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work primarily with individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges, including co-occurring disorders and substance abuse issues. You will have the opportunity to provide impactful care to a diverse clientele, particularly adolescents and their families, by addressing their unique needs and fostering long-term resilience and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure in one of the following: Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy to individuals experiencing mental and behavioral health issues, preferably including co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.

• Experience engaging with children, families, and couples preferred, with a solid understanding of the principles of effective family counseling.

• Familiarity with current counseling techniques, best practices, and trends ensuring high-quality therapeutic interventions.
