This role is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to create a personalized work environment that best suits your lifestyle. As a teletherapy organization, we operate during regular business hours, providing services from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with no on-call responsibilities. Our team uses advanced telehealth platforms to conduct sessions, ensuring a smooth and effective therapeutic process while prioritizing client confidentiality and comfort.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate each client's mental health concerns, strengths, and specific needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with assessment findings and client objectives, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Provide effective individual therapy, facilitating group and family sessions, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Regularly monitor client progress, documenting therapeutic milestones and adapting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure comprehensive care that addresses both mental and physical health.

• Advocate for clients' rights, helping them access necessary mental health resources and community services.

• Uphold strict confidentiality standards, adhering to ethical guidelines as dictated by state licensing boards and professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
