Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your daily duties will include:

• Offering teletherapy services for clients who may prefer the flexibility of virtual sessions or face transportation challenges.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards to ensure compliance and reflect our professionalism.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will include diverse clients dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and other dual-diagnosis cases. You will work with individuals of different age groups, backgrounds, and experiences, ensuring that each client receives the tailored support they need to achieve their treatment goals.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

• A valid license in the state of Maryland as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, creating a safe and trusting therapeutic environment for clients.

• Empathy and professionalism, with the ability to develop non-judgmental relationships with clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, which are vital for managing caseloads effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a telehealth environment is preferred, along with a proven track record of working with clients from various backgrounds. Familiarity with different therapeutic modalities, including advanced techniques for trauma-informed care and crisis intervention, is an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n
