Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, utilizing diagnostic tools and methodologies to inform treatment decisions.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, groups, and families, drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients, discussing treatment goals and progress during regular case consultations.

• Provide timely crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress during office hours and through on-call support as needed.

• Participate actively in community outreach initiatives to enhance mental health awareness and education, organizing workshops and informational sessions for local organizations.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, facing a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in Maryland as a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Proficiency in maintaining clear, accurate, and timely documentation while adhering to ethical standards and policies.
