The standard work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts required to accommodate patient schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' emotional, psychological, and behavioral conditions. This involves reviewing medical histories, understanding personal contexts, and performing clinical interviews.

• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that align with each patient's specific diagnosis and therapeutic needs, ensuring measurable goals are established for progress tracking.

• Deliver a range of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy in both individual and group settings.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing urgent support during mental health emergencies while remaining calm and collected.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to create an integrated care plan that addresses the holistic needs of our patients.

• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and other legal requirements, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation.

• Participate in regular case conferences and treatment team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and in-good-standing license in Maryland as an LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, or LCMFT is required to practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000, commensurate upon experience and qualifications.
