Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual and group counseling sessions, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that set clear, achievable goals in collaboration with clients, promoting their active involvement in their recovery journey.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, utilizing your skills to stabilize situations and provide immediate support.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, offering coping strategies, skills training, and information about community resources available for ongoing support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome metrics, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal obligations governing counseling practice, emphasizing client confidentiality and informed consent in all interactions.

Qualifications\n
